Institutional relations

The Committee was founded and led by HKAAST, which also provides Secretariat support. HKAAST is an institutional member of the World Young Scientists Alliance (WAYS); the Committee connects to the young-scientist network through it.

Core technical theory

The Committee's technical foundation stems from the "HoloTSH (Holographic Tensor-Spectrum Hypergraph) school", initiated by Prof. Ng Kwok-Po's team at HKBU — building on his foundational work on tensor singular value decomposition (t-SVD), constructing HoloBlocker (topological circuit breaker) and HoloAuditor (holographic audit architecture) and pioneering Block Tensor Decomposition (BTD), turning "safe and controllable" into verifiable, auditable engineering and standards.
